This internship project is located in the learning and development team which is part of the Human Resources Unit (HR).
The successful intern will be involved in supporting several learning and development / training processes with a main focus on performance management (for example providing administrative support for the reclassification/promotion exercise) as well as providing support for organising management development initiatives.
The outcome of the project aims at providing practical experience for the intern as well as identifying possible improvements to current practices and procedures.
